Delhi Students will Participate in the Finals of the Nasa Competition: At Nasa in the finals of the prestigious competition of International Space Settlement Design Competition twelve students from a Delhi school have been selected to participate.

The Class X and XII students of the Delhi Public School, R K Puram, were invited by the Union Minister of the State for Atomic Energy and Space Mr. Jitendra Singh for an interactive session on the eve of their departure for the Florida.
To hail the achievement of the students, Jitendra Singh said that they not only deserve encourage but also in addition, their success story should be propagated among the school children across the country, so that those children who have the hidden talent for space experimentation will be able to realize their passion.
At the same time, he also stated that the other students will also become aware of the various options that will be available across the world for developing their scientific skills.
Mr. Singh also said that it was not a small achievement that the team was selected through a very rigorous and objective competition at continental level.
After they won the Asian regional round against teams from countries including China, Japan, Korea and Pakistan their names were finalised for the international finals, according to a statement quoting Singh said.
