The Motorola Moto X Play runs on 1.7 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor and it has 2 GB of RAM. The internal storage space provided by X Play is less than that offered by Lenovo Vibe X3. The former only offers an internal storage of 16 GB, whereas, the latter offers 32 GB of internal storage. The storage space in Moto X Play can be expanded via a microSD card to 128 GB.
Lenovo Vibe X3 offers a 21 mega pixel rear camera and an 8 mega pixel selfie camera. The main camera has an aperture of f/2.0 and a 27 mm lens. The main camera also has phase detection auto focus, geo tagging, flash, panorama, face detection and HDR. The camera can also record 4K videos.

The Lenovo Vibe X3 runs on Android Lollipop, but going by the media reports, it seems that Lenovo might very soon issue an update for Vibe X3.

Lenovo Vibe X3 has a battery of 3500mAh and according to the company, this battery would offer up to 31 hours of talk time and 618 hours of standby time.
Motorola Moto X offers a 3630mAh battery and up till now nothing has been stated about the device’s battery life.
The Lenovo Vibe X3 comes with the dual SIM feature and it is a 4G handset. It offers Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity and apart from that, it also offers GPS (A-GPS and GLOASS) and WiFi connectivity. The special feature of this device is that it comes with a fingerprint sensor which is integrated at the rear side of the device.
The Motorola Moto X Play is also a dual SIM 4G handset like the Lenovo Vibe X3. This device also offers the same connectivity like Vibe X3, which are, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, GPS (A-GPS and GLONASS) and NFC.
The difference in price between the two devices is of just Rs 1,000. Lenovo Vibe X3 is costlier than Moto X Play and this price difference is justifiable as the former provides a better processor, a fingerprint sensor, a better front camera and more RAM. Therefore, buying the Lenovo Vibe X3 for a little higher price would be worth it.
