Vivo X6Plus Review and First Impression: Vivo is a Chinese smartphone company which has recently turned its attention towards the Asian markets. This Chinese Company has recently released two of its premium smartphones- the Vivo X6 and Vivo X6 Plus. The latter is a mid-range smartphone, which has an efficient battery life and an excellent display. It offers 4GB RAM and provides a storage space of 64GB. But, due to its Funtouch OS most of its software experience is in Chinese and the device does not has Google services.

Let’s take a detailed look at the specifications and features of the Chinese smartphone:-
Design: Vivo X6Plus Review
The Vivo X6 plus has a metal frame which gives it a premium look and this device does looks similar to the other well-known smartphones available in the market. The smartphone also gives a look of an iPhone due to the two bands which runs acroos the back, near the top and bottom of the phone.
The device is well designed and its buttons are firm yet responsive. The phone is quite big because of its large screen but is narrower than devices like, Huawei Mate 8 and Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, however Vivo X6 Plus is wider than Samsung Galaxy Note 5.
The volume rocker and the power button are present on the right side of the device, whereas the dual SIM slot is present on the left side. The 3.5mm headphone jack is present on the top and the micro USB port and single speaker has been placed at the bottom. The capacitive keys are present but they are not backlit. The finger print reader is present at the rear side of the phone along with the camera and LED flash.
Vivo X6 Plus offers a 5.7 inch Super AMOLED screen display and it has a screen resolution of 1080p. Though the device does not have the QHD resolution, but still the device of the phone is commendable and it provides great viewing angles.
Camera: Vivo X6Plus Review
The device offers a 13 mega pixel rear camera and an 8 mega pixel front or selfie camera. The camera app offers various automatic modes like the Child portrait mode, Night mode and there is also a mode called the Professional Mode where the user can adjust the ISO, white balance, shutter speed and can also do manual focusing. The device’s camera is fast and in the burst mode consecutive pictures can be clicked. The device can click 10 shots per second and only stops after 20 shots to save the pictures.
Hardware and Performance: Vivo X6Plus Review
The Vivo X6 Plus offers 4GB RAM and it runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor. This processor has 8 Cortex- A53 cores, four of which are clocked at 1.2GHz while other four are clocked at 1.7GHz.
The CPU is Adreno 405 GPU and it works quite well in terms of daily use. But, the processor is under powered to support a lot of 3D games, intensive apps or complex website.
